About Me

With a Master's degree from Columbia University and over eight years in the field of mental health, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their journeys in therapy. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, influenced by my father, a former Buddhist monk, and my experiences attending Vipassana meditation retreats since childhood. I believe in the power of self-discovery and aim to create a supportive environment where clients can find clarity and healing.

I completed my master’s clinical training at NewYork–Presbyterian Hospital's Partial Hospitalization Program in New York City.

Before entering private practice, I worked at McLean Hospital, gaining extensive experience in a variety of psychiatric settings, including inpatient, residential, and partial levels of care. I also spent a year working on the geriatric inpatient unit.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature, baking, and playing with my cats.
